Negotiation Skills Training
Negotiation Skills Training is a one-day program of ERTC that is offered as either one-on-one or team training. This program is fit, not only to salespeople, but also to team leaders, and business owners since all these people need great negotiation skills to succeed in their respective roles. The good thing is, this skill is not something that a person is born with, it can be learned so everyone has the chance to be great at it.
In this training, it is the goal of ERTC to:
- Have you learn and practice negotiation tools and techniques that are applicable in any business and personal life situation.
- Make you gain more confidence in dealing with prospects, clients, and business partners
